Vikramaditya worked as an Assistant Professor at Department of Law, S P Pune University & as a visiting faculty at New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. He has two years of Teaching Experience at Post Graduate and Under the Graduate level. He has qualified UGC-NET-JRF in December 2016 and currently pursuing his Ph.D. titled as “Inter-State River water dispute in India: Impact on Federalism” at Department of Law, SPPU, Pune. At the Department of Law, he has coordinate the Online entrance test for LL.M., Student induction & orientation Program Deeksharambh. He has also coordinated the National Seminar and National workshop in collaboration of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi and Department of Law, SPPU. He has also worked as a Visiting faculty at B.A. Liberal Arts, IDSS, SPPU.
He has Represented India and participated in the third BRICS & SCO Student Spring Festival Stavropol, Russia during 4th to 9th June 2019 organized by Government of the Stavropol Krai and Russian Union of Youth, Russia.He has Guided the project by Pune Zila Parishad, Government of Maharashtra Titled as the study of court cases in respect of Inter-District & Intra District online transfer of Zila Parishad Teachers. He is also associated with Research for Resurgence Foundation (RFRF), Nagpur, wherein he has coordinated Research workshop at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujrat and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya.
Before joining the academics, he practiced as an Advocate in the jurisdiction of Rajasthan High Court, Rajasthan. where he was engaged in drafting and pleading of issues related to the writs and criminal matters.
Jurisprudence, Constitution and constitutionalism, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Religion and spirituality, Hindi poetry and literature are his areas of study and interest.
