Eligibility & Intake

Students who have passed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC/Std. 12) examination from any statutory board with subjects Physics Chemistry Mathematics and /or Biology are eligible for the BSC Blended course. The admission is given on the basis of marks obtained by the students in the Online Entrance Examination (OEE) for the course.

Total intake in the program is 64. Reservation and quotas is applicable as per govt. of Maharashtra Rule.

Entrance Examination

The admission for the course is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the Online Entrance Examination (OEE) which is based on multiple choice questions (MCQ). Students who have passed or appeared for HSC/12th Exam can apply for the OEE. The OEE is conducted by the centralized system of SPPU. The Entrance exam is based on the CBSE science (PCMB) Syllabus of std. XI and XII and general knowledge and aptitude. The exam comprises two sections. Total Marks 100 (subject oriented: 80 Marks and GK and aptitude: 20) with negative marking.

The Online Entrance Exam for the course is generally conducted in June or July. The exact schedule and other rules &regulations of the examination are announced on the admission portal of the University.

Fee Structure

The total fees for the B. Sc. Blended course is Rs. 33,375/- (Rs. Thirty three thousand three hundred and seventy five only) per year for candidates belonging to open category from Maharashtra.

Fees for SC/ST, OBC and other reserved category students from Maharashtra is charged as per the rules stipulated by the state government.

Total fee per year for students outside Maharashtra and students from SAARC countries is approximately Rs. 63,275/- (Rs. Sixty three thousand two hundred and seventy five only) and Rs. 62,225 (Rs. Sixty two thousand two hundred and twenty five only) respectively. For foreign students it is Rs. 91,500/- (Rs. Ninety one thousand and five hundred only).
